ITS represents travel providers such as Cruise Lines, Tour Operators, Airline Consolidators and Hotels. Our travel providers accept major credit cards however at times they may only accept agency checks from ITS and our clients will have to pay by check only.Once full payment is made and travel documents issued, there is no refund on any unused portion. Any changes made by the traveler are subject to penalties in accordance with the cancellation policy of the tour operators, airlines, hotels and cruise lines for whom Innovative Travel Services act as agent.
